Birthday Party meets Sauna and Buffet Brunch hosted by Firefly Cafe and Hot Island Sauna. Food, beverages, sauna, cold plunge, and birthday give-aways included in this fun time! Guests can also choose to enjoy a 10-minute guided Herbal Meditation in the sauna led by Kass at 12pm, 1pm, & 2pm

About the event
Celebrate Kassidy (of Hot Island Sauna) turning 30 at the big Sauna Brunch and Birthday Bash!!! Sauna, Polar Plunge, and Brunch Buffet brought to you by Firefly Cafe and Market and Hot Island Sauna. Your ticket includes buffet brunch with a choice of one beverage; as well as access to use the sauna and cold plunge tub/lake plunge. Changing rooms will be available on site. Birthday giveaways included as well! See you there!
