Join us on Saturday June 20th at 5pm
at Healing Motion Wellness Center on Madeline Island for a special event celebrating the Summer Solstice. Give your body and the Earth thanks as we guide you through a special solstice yoga flow taught by experienced instructors followed by a guided herbal ritual sauna session with Hot Island Sauna. Cold plunge will be onsite to cool you down after the sauna and refreshments and light fare will be served to nourish you.
